⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This app just gets better with each update and is worth every penny. It’s so luxurious to be able to start a book at home on my iPad, go out and continue that same book on my Android phone, then come home and pick back up on my iPad from the same reading location. I mainly use this app for reading epubs and have no complaints whatsoever, especially now that page numbers are supported! Reading textbook PDFs and manga CBZ files has been equally effortless. The collections and smart collections features have also been awesome and have seriously helped me organize my 6,000+ books. Thank you devs!

Superior Text To Speech

In terms of performance, pricing, offline play, file sizes, voice narration selection & dynamics on the ears over extended play, BookFusion is absolutely the superior option over NaturalReader, ElevenReader, Speechify, Adobe and others.

Bad for 縦描き jp book reading

The bar will obscure text at the top and can not be closed

Response from developer

Hi There, You can close the top bar by tapping in the middle to open full screen mode. However, there might be an issue. Can you please email us at support@bookfusion.com so we can get this resolved for you?

Best reader since Marvin!

I absolutely love this app. I searched for one that had all of my requirements like dark black with red text and continuous scrolling.

One thing that would make it perfect is to add “Increase Auto-Scroll Speed” and “Decrease Auto-Scroll Speed” as assignable tap-zone actions, ideally adjusting the speed in small increments without opening Reader Settings

Really smooth experience

I sync my calibre library with it, works like a charm. Thanks guys for the great work. Great value for the money. Keep up the good work guys.

Perfeito

Testei (juro) mais de 10 APPS similares e este é o melhor que eu encontrei. Têm inúmeras configurações, para agradar a todos. Opções de tipos de rolagem de tela, margem, visual limpo na leitura. Simplesmente perfeito.

Needs attention

Needs attention on the ai reading out loud
The ai stops at certain pages. All the time. And you have to skip 2 pages at a time to pick up the reading.
So it takes your attention off what you’re doing. Driving or working machinery.
Needs look at asap
I paid for it to. But the potential is huge for the company 🌞❤️🌱🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿🙏

Best Alternative for Moon+Reader for iOS

I am very particular about my reading apps. I want to be able to read the books I import at various file types. I read almost exclusively in bed, and what’s the point of having an OLED screen if you can’t set the background black. And then I really like to set my text to orange. It’s weird, I know, but I like it.

While I was an android user (most of my life), Moon+Reader was the defacto solution. Coming to iOS though, I’d struggled to find a solution that could accomplish all of the quirks I want in reading on my phone.

Until BookFusion. There are a plethora of options, and they’re very easy to find and set up. I’ve got my black background and orange text. I’m very happy.

The only thing I’d like to see would be reading time. Even a “date started” would be nice.

The best Cross Plattform reader including PDFs with sync of read position!

I was looking a long time for a cross platform (iOS and Android) reader especially for PDFs. I prefer reading on my Boox e-paper reader which is android based but also want the option to open the same book or PDF on my iPhone or iPad. This does that perfectly. In case of questions the support is reactive with real solutions (not just the AI support circle of doom). I played around a bit with the TTS function. It is quite good but I prefer real audio books read by professional speakers. But if you like that kind of function it is well implemented and works surprisingly well.
I have been using book fusion now for over three years and couldn’t be happier.
Pricing is very reasonable and has not been increased while I was using the service. So another plus.

Indispensable app

I wouldn’t be able to live without this app. I’ve been a user for years and it lives on my Home Screen. I use it with Calibre to manage my whole ebook library and if I could give this 10/10
I would do that
Excited to try the advanced TTS.
Their support has also been stellar

Heating issue

The app is great, but the tts makes my iPhone heat up like crazy. I hope that future updates will solve this problem.

Response from developer

Hey BarracudaFickle, You are using the free Local TTS voices. Local TTS voices download the model directly to your phone and processes generating the audio for your book on your phone. Local models will work best for mostly the higher end devices. We suggest you use the Advanced voices that are streamed to your device with realistic and high quality(requires the Advanced plan and above). Alternatively you can use the TTS voices provided by Apple which are not ideal in quality but will also not result in your device getting hot.

Lacking one time payment!

The app is great having many interesting features. One time payment is a necessary feature for those who cannot pay monthly subscription fees. This is more important for regions in which credit cards are unavailable including many countries in Middle East.

Best reading app

I’ve been using this app for years on my devices. It has every QoL features I need, such as auto scrolling, tts at ridiculous speeds and ridiculous horizontal margins (which I use for reading faster on my ipad without having to move my eyes across the screen).

It also has some new TTS voices that work locally and sound amazing.

My only gripe is I need to import my files inside BookFusion instead of keeping them in a folder, such as iCloud or Obsidian. But, no other app has done this well yet (some such as Documents allow this, but the reader is awful and crashes on large books).

Great service

I love BookFusion. The devs are very responsive in their discord and subreddit as well.

And you can’t beat the price!

This is an amazing app for those who want to read books across different platforms and keep the highlights synced. The best part is the Obsidian plug-in, which imports all of your highlights in a neat fashion and is fully customizable. Wait, I lied. The best part is the monthly subscription price. They’ve made it extremely affordable for people to use unlike those other ridiculous apps that you see a $10 monthly subscription. At 1.99 a month it’s excellent.

Love it until...

I discovered only 10 books...back to looking for another reader.
But I have to say, it’s really very well done.

One of the best study apps on the market

This is one of the best apps I’ve used for organizing my digital textbooks for study. If you need an app to organize your digital textbooks and read them from any device, this is that app. The website and app integration is seamless. It’s totally free to use, and I don’t need to have a subscription, but I chose to just because I love the developers of this app so much. It makes studying the most convenient thing from anywhere. The interface is clean and simple and the features synergize nicely.

the library and bookshelf functionality is intuitive and seamless in terms of organizing ur stuff.

the reader is solid and nice to use, i like the warm, paper-ish theme the best for appearance

i have nothing negative to say which is rare for me, well worth the premium sub
