2 times bad experience
I had 2 unfortunate experiences using the application although I liked the application design and how easy it is while using.
But they are not updating the application on time.
I booked flight tickets 2 times and each time they deduct the money and after the transaction done, I didn’t receive the ticket and after reaching out to costumer service, they are saying that the flight is fully booked and the app is not updating.
And it took time to receive my money back.
I hope they will fix that or making sure that the ticket is issued before deducting money.
But they are not updating the application on time.
