Ignored Evidence, Trusted False Customer Claims
My account was suspended due to a false rider complaint. The passenger requested a direct trip outside the booking, which I agreed to. However, the passenger later denied it, and the company withheld my payment. Despite sharing complete in-car video recordings to prove the truth, the company still ruled against me, relying only on the rider’s false statement. This is deeply unfair and unacceptable business practice.

Worst and scammers
This company is using its apps to scam people. They had me work for them using the app for services that costed over 2000 USD and for over 4 months they refused to pay and racist when I talked to them about it remove this application from Apple
Beware
They pay well to their drivers, but they quick to take the pay away. Didn’t work much with this company, and not planning on coming back. Punished my dispatch over a dishonest customer. Completely disgusting
