I love this app!
Outstanding!
The future of books!
I have been a fan of this project for nearly two years, and love what they are doing.
Fully owned digital books that you can gift, trade, sell, keep, pass down to next of kin etc, everything you can't do with current ebooks.
More importantly, the content creator receives royalties on every sale, not just the first, and they have the ability to intereact with their content owners. This is a new revolution!
It's still early days, and I'm super-excited to see Audiobook support in this version, just in time for Wizard Tim!
Congrats book.io team!

Amazing
The only bookstore where you actually OWN the books… Amazon and the rest of them sell you a Lisence, and if they just so happen not to like the books anymore, they’re removed from your library.
Not here. This is a place for you to read your NFT books that you OWN.

Much improved from V1!
Love the addition of dark mode! It feels SO MUCH FASTER than the original version of the app. The books load quickly and I don’t get the reloading screen like I used to. Definitely still looking for more features…would love to be able to press and hold on a word to bring up the little contextual menu where I can select “Look up”, as is standard through most of the OS. Would love to be able to use that to see definitions without having to leave the app. App feels great, much improved, looking forward to many more features to come!

The future of books
Book.io harnesses the innovative power of blockchain technology to redefine the experience of book ownership in the digital age. This cutting-edge app empowers readers with true ownership of their purchased content, free from the constraints of traditional centralized platforms. It echoes the tangibility of owning a physical book, yet with the added flexibility and modernity of the digital world. Not only does it allow you to immerse yourself in a diverse library, but it also offers the unique opportunity to resell your digital books. This feature not only fosters a sustainable reading culture but also adds a dynamic aspect to your digital library, much like a traditional bookshelf.

Fantastic release by the Book.io team here. So much happening at such a fast pace. They are changing the ebook landscape and I'm excited to be here for the ride.
Hoping for multiwallet support next.

A New Era for Reading 📖
An application like this is revolutionary for the reading world. The ability to actually OWN your books on the internet with the option to sell & trade them with others is one of those things you didn’t know you needed till you try it.

Amazing. Project. Nice very simple app to use.
Scam?
Encouraging the use of hot wallets in the crypto space because the devs are too lazy to do security first is a red flag.
If you have a hardware cold wallet, you will be required to compromise your security to participate.

Absolutely love this app.....
Can't wait til we start getting $Book for reading. Trying to collect mark Cuban books while I can. Not a completist so I don't care if I get them all but it would be nice
Revolutionary 🙌🏾
This is going to change the way human read books. In future you are going to make money be reading books on Book.io
Cardano is the best
Honestly the best app to own and read digital books. I love how easy it is to purchase a book and how intuitive the reading app is. I love the fact that I can gift the book or re-sell it if needed afterwards. Thank you for making this possible for everyday consumers like my-self. The power of NFTs truly shines here.

I can actually own my e-books
Having the ability to actually own my e-books is a game changer. Instead of just renting a license to read a book I can actually own it. I can lend it out to friends and family, I can sell it, or I can hold it forever.
Fantastic App
The eReader is great, and it’s nice to be involved with such a great project so early on. Book.io is an amazing opportunity for authors to reap the benefits of their hard work while avoiding the headache of traditional publishing, and for readers to truly own the ebooks they buy and sell, often at a profit.
If I could add one feature to the app, however, it would be a ‘recent’ tab at the top to make it easier to get back to the book I’m currently reading. The ability to organize my books into separate folders would be helpful as well.

Finally here
Great work shipping the mobile experience, I can finally start phasing out Kindle. Is there an option to have continuous scroll or tap to turn pages ? It’s a bit awkward to have to swipe to turn.
Finally eBooks I own readable on Apple devices
It’s been a long time coming but finally I can read eBooks on the blockchain that can’t be burned or edited. Thanks Book.io for building the future of books.
SUCCESS! Cheers to the future of reading!
I freaked out when I first logged in. I used my email to sign in and then realized I never officially “linked” my wallet to the book.io account. Phew, it was a simple process to link on the laptop. I then logged out of the app from my phone, then logged back in… WOW!! It was overwhelming to see all my books line up as they did. This is the future of web 3 education/reading/learning! Scrolling through the library felt like a beautiful museum of art pieces. I couldn’t wait to dive in to read! My only point are to have the first “cover” page not have the bold lettering above the image. This could be the superficial side of my inner geek collector but… I think having just the cover itself from the start, taking up the full screen, would be… a work of art, in it’s own. As I know, one of the reasons why I bought certain versions of books was to admire the creation that lay before me as I read classical literature. I love the bookmarks button and menu, as well as the middle table of contents button. They both “float” almost which makes it feel very intuitive and smooth. I love everything about this and its mission. I will read Treasure Island now, then buy some more books. Thanks!
