Error Message
Constantly receiving an error message saying “Something Went Wrong” when trying to login with my manager credentials; other managers at my office have no issues and have the luxury of filling shifts, etc, on their phone via the app — I do not, and it’s becoming a huge frustration!
Shift loading takes a long time
This needs to be fixed immediately as it prevents me from picking up shifts. I click on the shift that has been posted and the screen will load for 20-30 seconds. By the time the shift appears on the screen, the shift is already gone. This was not an issue before, not sure if this is related to the new update of shift releases.
I have deleted the app, downloaded it again, and tried turning on my dad as well, however the issue is still persistent. Please fix this! I have had the app for over 4+ years and this is the first time an issue like this has occurred with the BookJane app.

I am a previous employee looking to rejoin but it just says log in ( I’m guessing my old log in expired) how to I sign up again? App doesn’t allow me to log in and unload documents
Unable to register
Hi, I came across this app and love it. I have a PSW certificate and wish to use this app to pick shift as I need a PSW work but it seems it only for Jane employees. The app only asked me to login of which I haven’t register before. How can I join your team to pick shifts and also, do you have location in Brampton ON?

Not working properly
Took a long time to set up my profile. Temporary password works but can’t change it. Save tab wouldn’t highlight.
Requesting for new feature
It’s amazing app to pick up shifts as our desire. I would like to recommend it would be appreciable, if you can feature of cancel the shift after picking.

Tedious navigation
Picking up shifts takes too long and is so tedious because when you exit from the shifts details, it would refresh to the previous page with all of the dates and the collective shifts so you have to find and scroll which shift you were looking at previously.

Worst app
This app hasn’t worked from day 1. Will not let people sign up or take their emails. Tried 3 different accounts. Spoke to two different people via their Chat - apparently reset my account - sent in resume and info to work and never heard back again.... attempted to use app and once again the log in and account don’t exist after they set it up for me previously..... not sure how you expect people to apply via this app....

Easy to use and pick up shifts. Sometimes the app will say there are shifts when there isn’t which makes it difficult since the notification will keep going off ... But overall they are very organized, pay on time and I am having a wonderful time working with them.
Terrible
Have had all relevant documents uploaded for weeks and still says pending approval. Keep getting notifications that there is a shift for me, even though I am not even approved yet!! You’d be better off posting flyers on a mailbox. This app sucks
Not liking it!
App is not useful for picking up shifts. Cancelled shifts without any reason is unacceptable. We look forward to work and when it’s cancelled without reason it’s a bit frustrating. Shifts are not easy to find as they were before and it really doesn’t motivate workers.

From a janes perspective it's been great so easy to pick up shifts, well informed before arriving to shift. Organized time sheets overall a great set up however I wish there was a setting where we could map the locations simultaneously and have a setting where as a jane I only seek work per say 10 k away. Also wish there were more downtown Toronto shifts they all seem very far for someone who doesn't drive
