Crab & Shrimp
Marvelous!!!
Very useful app
Excellent design, great features
Super useful!
I’ve been looking for something like this forever. It actually solves the problem of remembering and organizing all the spots I want to go back to.. restaurants, shops, random cool places I pass by. way better than dropping pins in maps and forgetting why I saved them. clean design too.
Finally an application that allows for navigational bookmarking ⇨ user customizable
This app is your one stop shop in getting all your favorite navigational spots all in one organized location for easy access. I mainly use Waze but there is no folder hierarchy in there so it’s just a mess of bookmarks. This application has a list of navigational apps it integrates with. Placey acts as your index and it’s super easy to find your saved location and be on your way in minutes. Search for places within application, drop pins, create favorites, folders, customize names, add notes, cloud backup, shortcut compatability to link to action button or control center. Also shows how long it takes to get to your location within application. This app is farely new and already packed with user friendless. So much more to come as the developer communicates with users and open to suggestions. Come join the party ‼️

Almost perfect !
Awesome app ! I’ve been looking for something similar for a while to have a dedicated tool to store locations.
The fact that data can simply be exported as JSON makes it especially useful to be able to work with my pins outside the app.
My only 3 minor complaints is that tags aren’t really visually appealing (maybe the option to add a color to them would help make them stand out?). And folders don’t really allow to declutter the main list by working like folders one would expect in the files app or on macOS. Making the app available on macOS (even just as an iOS app) would be great too.
Otherwise, congrats on the great app !

Response from developer
Thank you for taking the time to review the app, we are glad that you are enjoying it. 1. We agree with you, but emojis don't make it visually appealing? 2. We didn't get your perspective on folders, We would love to understand your use case more. 3. macOS and iPadOS are definitely coming when we support syncing between devices. I would love to continue the discussion via email to support further: support@placeyapp.com
