Poor quality product and no customer support
Very disappointing experience with BookMyFresh. The vegetables delivered were of poor quality and not fresh, despite being priced higher than what I would expect for the quality provided.
What is even more frustrating is the lack of proper resolution from customer care. Despite raising the issue, I did not receive a satisfactory response or solution.
Customers expect fresh, good-quality vegetables when paying premium prices. I hope BookMyFresh takes such complaints seriously and improves both product quality and customer support. I would not recommend the service based on my experience.
