FOR CLIENTS • See your upcoming appointments in one place • Request to swap your slot with another client when your schedule changes • Get notified when someone wants to swap with you—accept or decline in the app • Add extra email addresses you use for different businesses bookings so all your appointments show up FOR BUSINESSES Business owners connect Square Appointments (or their booking system) in the BooknSwap web dashboard. Once connected, clients can view their appointments and request swaps. When both parties agree, the swap is applied in your calendar. HOW IT WORKS Sign in with your email (we send a one-time code). View your appointments, tap one to see available swap options, and send or accept requests. Get push and email notifications when someone wants to swap.
