Upgrade fails
I’ve run through the sequence of operations necessary to perform an upgrade four times in a row. Allegedly it gets to 100% complete, but then the device shuts off. Subsequently, I find that )(using the “Tools” app once again), it still needs a firmware upgrade. I have not been able to successfully upgrade the firmware using this app. I don’t recommend this app, nor the scale, which has ceased to function in a meaningful way.

Worthless
This app is absolutely worthless. You turn on the scale it connects to the app and the app says upgrade. So you perform the upgrade and the scale turns off then when you reconnected to the app, it says upgrade it never actually connects. I can’t even see the screen where the data would be collected.

Works fine!
Just connected to my scale and updated firmware in around 2 minutes. If there was a problem it has apparently been fixed.
Useless
The app does not even connect to a BooKoo scale.
