Horrendous UX
Possibly the worst UX I’ve seen in an app in years. So much potential wasted. They need to hire somebody with human centered software design experience and a native English speaking product manager to fix this. I wasted so much money on the scale and sensor that I can’t use because of this terrible software.

Glitchy since the new update v1.1.0
Starting and switching the scale has been glitchy since the new firmware update v1.1.0. The on/off switch mostly has been hit or miss. I am not sure if this is just one scale or others have been having this issue too. BooKoo software engineers please take a look !
Hard to use
Ignoring the fact that the English language support is sub-par the basic user interface/user experience (UI/UX) is weak. I have the scale and even after you luck into finding the scale control/display it’s not reliable. Fortunately the app is optional.

Connections to other BT devices
The app is good, IF it connects to the scale.
Unfortunately the app connects to all sorts of Blutooth devices.
Please add a check whether the BT device is your scale or pressure gauge.

Terrible Connectivity
Despite several complaints on their website, this app continues to not reliably connect to their own branded pressure sensor. I can’t even get a reply from customer service. Going back to ACAIA
Export problems
The app history is too frustrating so I want to get data out but export to excel (only real option) doesn’t generate file I can open in excel (iOS app or office 365). So I’m stuck. I have scale but won’t get BooKoo pressure sensor because of this bad app.
Buggy
Some features like auto connect doesn’t work for me.
Also I can’t seem to update the firmware for my pressure sensor, it just gives me an error.
