Annoying aspects
While the app looks aesthetically pleasing, it is not enough. First of all, having a contact us/suggestion/complains section would be beneficial. I had booked a home service appointment and before the appointment 5 mins I checked the app to see the appointment not cancelled. While the salon failed to contact me and tell me, your app failed to send a simple notification. I waited for hours where I couldve done something more productive.

Love how easy it is to book with Bookpeep. So many salons to choose from, and the daily deals help me discover new ones while saving money. It’s simple and now part of my routine.

It would be nice if people who had accounts could see all of their reserved appointments on the app (even if they reserved through a URL instead of the app).
Integration with google calendar could also be beneficial.
