Hi there! On our latest version of the app, we no longer support offline claiming to give way for a more seamless experience. Let us know which area you're at when trying to claim and we'll try our best to make some adjustments for those partners. Cheers! :)

Hi Badassmju! If you've updated to the latest version and it still doesn't work, please delete the app and then reinstall it. This should fix the issue.
