Too many ads, pay-to-play garbage
Would be fun except for limited choices for gameplay and way too many ads to watch to try and win certain items. Another version of pay-to-play garbage.
Award bugs
I’ve been playing and paying for some packs here and there and twice now I’ve hit the legendary reward in the Orb mini-game and both times I did not receive the award. 54 gold bars this time and I received nothing. That type of experience makes a player less likely to spend real money on your game. There’s also no way to report bugs. The other one was a legendary gem. Combined and it never showed up.

Was a very competitive game you could grind at too move forward and I mean grind not anymore absolutely nurfed good characters and now it’s impossible to even grind anymore just wants your money to move forward now
