Don’t expect to download
I uploaded my video. And have had problems trying to download it. It’ll get to 100% and give me an error sayings “Download preparation failed”. I didn’t spend $10 for the pro version only to be unable to download my video. It’s happened last night. And from what I just saw in their discord it is a common problem. I cancelled the pro version and wish I can get a refund. The chatbot for this… unhelpful. There’s no email to support and the best you can do is discord or biting the bullet and screen recording your video on a separate device.
