FAKE

This app took two pictures and made a video that looked nothing like the people from those pictures. I want my $10 back

Response from developer

I hear you — paying $10 and getting a video that doesn't look like the people in your photos is a bad experience, and I'm sorry. Face likeness is the one thing Boom has to get right. Email me at support@theappcreek.com and I'll personally re-run your video, and if it still doesn't land, I'll make sure you get your refund sorted. Clear, well-lit, front-facing photos of each person usually make a big difference, and I'd like the chance to prove that to you. — Gordon, Boom Video

Response from developer

That's exactly what we're going for — thanks for taking the time to leave this! If there's ever a video style or template you wish Boom had, email me at support@theappcreek.com and there's a good chance it ends up in the app. — Gordon, Boom Video

Facial

Facial is totally off. I spent money on a video that didn’t look nothing like me. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to purchase this app

Response from developer

Thanks for the honest feedback, and I'm sorry the video missed — when you've paid for something, "doesn't look like me" is the last thing you want. Getting the face right is the thing we care about most in Boom, so I don't want to leave it here. Email me at support@theappcreek.com and I'll personally re-run yours and make it right — a clear, front-facing photo usually gets us most of the way, and I'd genuinely like the chance to show you what it can do. — Gordon, Boom Video
