Thanks for the honest feedback, and we understand the frustration. To be clear about how Boom Video works: every video is generated by AI models that are expensive to run, so we can't offer unlimited generation. Instead, videos are made with coins. A membership includes a weekly or yearly coin allowance at a much lower per-coin cost than buying coins directly, plus a member discount on any extra coins you buy. So membership isn't "pay and then pay again" — it's the cheapest way to make videos if you create regularly. For occasional use, buying coins without a membership may be the better fit. We hear that this wasn't clear enough before you subscribed, and we're working on making the pricing more transparent upfront. If you feel the membership didn't deliver value, reach out at support@theappcreek.com and we'll make it right.

I hear you — paying $10 and getting a video that doesn't look like the people in your photos is a bad experience, and I'm sorry. Face likeness is the one thing Boom has to get right. Email me at support@theappcreek.com and I'll personally re-run your video, and if it still doesn't land, I'll make sure you get your refund sorted.
