It’s what we’ve got. Doesn’t make it acceptable.
Title says it all. It’s the only app we have so of course it has to be garbage. Each time you open the app, you get a survey shoved down your throat asking for your yearly income. Easily 10 notifications a day. ‘time to eat’ ‘no one will love you like boomerang does’ ‘delivery fees increased’ constantly over and over, but you need notifications on to see updates. Food takes forever to get to your door (but honestly, this is just because there is so many users, with few drivers. Especially on sundays or afternoons.)
Last straw using the app was when I ordered food, paid nearly 100 for it, waited an hour and a half for it to arrive, only to be told that the place on the app no longer accepts boomerang eats?

App functions
Even though the app works, the appearance and functionality could be desperately improved. It looks like a flash website that was abandoned. And I should. Be able to check who the driver is. Instead of waiting for notifications to come in to see .

If I can give this app a -1,000,000 stars I would because the customer services hard and not only once but three times my food wasn’t delivered to my house and they took the food back to the restaurant multiple times. It’s just a terrible app and they think that they can get away with stealing people’s hard-working money and it’s not gonna happen like that. Do not use this app. Just get her through at the high in itself because these people are scammers and they’re using peoples hard-working money to just not deliver their services like that’s horrible and I would never use this app ever again. I would never recommend it to anyone ever.

Worst food delivery app
genuinely the worst food app. I expected so much better with it introducing a food service to the VI. Unfortunately you will recieve your order hours later most likely cold and soggy, little communication, will confirm orders even if they don’t have it in stock and take forever to refund you. HORRIBLE service

Focus closes
Every time I open it, within a couple minutes the app closes. I don’t even have enough time make an order. My phone is updated so I don’t know the problem.
Cold Food - Food picked up 47 minutes after Ready for Pick up
My food was ready to pick up at 11:19am. My food was not picked up until 12:06pm. There is no way to get in contact with live customer service. Every time I called the number, I got sent to voicemail!
Amazing people amazing service
The owner is an amazing dude called me to settle things with me from my first order if you in st croix or st Thomas and what food delivery this is your app he said kfc and Pizza Hut coming soon for the Americans out here

By the time you can get this to work (if you can), you could have eaten a meal already walking to a restaurant.

i use this app alot but i tried to use it today and it is telling me something that is not letting me in the app please fix it

This is a very good idea. However, the app needs to be updated to work with VoiceOver on the Apple platform.
It’s best to pick up your own food
Delivery takes forever to reach and by the time they come with your food it’s cold😒 an they actually expect you to give no less than 8$ tip smh! Never using them AGAIN !

It’s about time! Used this for the first time today and got my food within 30 minutes. Very friendly driver and great service 😁 excited to order from all of my favorite places!

When I’m home, I stay in West and sometimes I’m too lazy to drive East for food 😅. This is such a great service and app and recommend it to everyone whether you’re visiting or living on island!

I didn’t come to bash the app but I did want other customers to know . I did get charge a second time this month from napoleons and I also didn’t receive my item. I had to go pick it up and the food was cold. As if they left it on the counter. Knowing willing I called em bout 4 times. Overall I dislike this app and I’m not changing my review I have to be honest and transparent because this app has my card information and use my card without me purchasing anything from them.

Time Saving Goodness
Its Friday. Saltfish special at 2+2. Today I beat being placed on hold, I beat the lines, I beat the wait and I beat the traffic with Boomerang Eats. The well thought out, user friendly app makes it oh so easy all from the convenience of your phone. I placed my orders at 11:43am, orders confirmed a few minutes later by the deuce, driver assigned shortly after, order picked up at 12:29pm and delivered, sealed, within the hour of ordering and piping hot. A half hour later, no use for a microwave still warm and delicious. Its awesome to have an idea, but to make it a reality and it works, is truly amazing. Thank you Boomerang Eats for making lunchtime, my time. 🥰🦋🙏🏽📣

On an island where delivery is not an option, this is an amazing answer to my dinner prayers! It was fast, you know exactly when your order is placed, ready and on the way.
