Genuinely this is the dumbest app I’ve ever downloaded. I’ve been so loyal to Instagram and boomerang since 2016. You’re making me pay for a video loop? I’m surprised if you have any users at all. Super disappointing. You really need that $$ Instagram? Immediately deleted the app when it wouldn’t even let me save anything without paying a fee. What a joke. You guys must have about 3 people who have this app. They are probably 80+ years old and they only have it because they accidentally downloaded it.

Very poor experience, better download anything else. Not understandable what to pay for and no free options at all. Choose any other app
Being charged a weekly fee?!?!?
I’m not sure how I have been being charged a weekly fee and when I send emails requesting to cancel no one contacts back. On the app the only option is to restore the purchase so I’m not sure how I’ve been being charged a weekly fee since November if I don’t even have an account anymore. Very frustrating!
