Loyalty program
We love the food, service, and ambiance. That said, several months ago they changed the loyalty program. We no longer get points for alcohol purchases, which typically add up more than the food. At the same time they doubled the cost of the rewards. One would have been tolerable, but both come off as cheap/stingy. As result, we go probably monthly at most, when it was 5-8 times per month before. They’re saving on our rewards, but they’re getting a fraction of the entertainment dollars from us that they used to. Short-sighted, in my opinion.

Loved the rewards, but they’ve changed
I literally was just telling my wife how great this rewards program is cause you got points for your whole bill. However, I just noticed now you only get them on food. I guess they got greedy. Probably won’t go to Boomers as much now as the rewards aren’t as good.
No menus/data grab
Have to download their app to see menu that way they can grab all your data. That data gets sold and is why prices are lower than others. You can have normal QR codes dont require download.

Great atmosphere. Service is great and the food is awesome. Love to go here to watch the Ranger’s play and all sports.

Always great food and service
There is no doubt why this concept is growing so fast! The food options are top notch and always fresh. The Wings have a ton of meat on them unlike other wing spots. The service is consistently awesome and the management team members are amazing across DFW. Noah, Quinn (at city view) and Bobby (now at side car social) are all awesome and so is Tori at Lake worth! Yall keep up the great work!

Current version is not functional.
I can log in to my account on the internet but the app gives an error every time I try to log in. I can’t accrue points without the app functioning.
Not working
Worked great for a few months, then got logged out and no longer able to log back in. I’ve reset passwords, reset the phone, deleted and reinstalled the app…nope. Nothing.
Love the atmosphere!
Go to dinner spot for our family! Location is convenient, the layout of the restaurant is open and spacious. Always great service, and good discounts on the app!

I’ve been trying to use this app for months.
I’ve updated anything needed. I’ve turned my phone off and back on. I’ve deleted and downloaded again. Isn’t working. When I try to open, it immediately closes.

Awesome Environment
Boomer Jacks always has a great environment, all the games, great specials, awesome food. It is my go to spot for all the Cowboys games!
Good app but..
Wish you could just scan your receipt to earn points. The servers don’t really care for doing it for you with check in or phone number so a self service option would be great for earning points.
