What is always going on with your app a day it okay and then the next second it’s not accessible,can’t even get to check the progress on my release even in a paid sub

Very bad and terrible distribution platform
This is the worst distribution platform I’ve ever known, they won’t release your music on the day that they give you see sometimes we postpone the date that I give to you. I uploaded my music and it was supposed to be uploaded February 20 and up till now it hasn’t been uploaded yet, also they have a very, very bad customer service that they are never ever online whenever you want to make your complaint and sometimes I won’t even respond to you and I will respond to you whenever they feel like very bad, imagine my music was supposed to be released on 20 February and this is just look at your date and now is still showing 80% without any response without nothing, so if there’s a way to give you that will give you a zero star because this is the most terrible distribution plan ever met , rubbish.

my track was set to be released on 2/12 after I paid for the boost thing but up till now the thing still Dey 80 % and customer support is always offline …so unreal how you guys operate 😡🤬

Why. Uploaded my song next day l can’t log in
😭 uploaded my song last night and tried logging in back the app is not working no more
It’s good, but
it’s decent to be honest, but just change how many releases we can have per year to 5 or 9 on the free plan, because 3 per year isn’t enough for me. I’m an aspiring artist, and I don’t have a lot of money, and 3 is good enough for me, but not for others. Please change it to 5 or 9 or somewhere in between.

Very fast and smooth, I had little to no issues getting my song out, highly recommended.
