I can’t recommend this app enough! I honestly joined for the yoga flows but I find myself popping in often for breathwork and meditation (I’m fairly new to both but the shifts I’m seeing are huge). Emily has so much to offer and I love her kind, loving & bubbly energy 💕

Boopbod Love!

I have been following Emily Steines Boopbod for I believe over a year now. I am so excited that the program has shifted to App form. She provides the most holistic, well rounded and inspirational health attainment program that I have experienced thus far (and I have explored a lot). Emily weaves self love support, meditation, breath work, yoga, cardio and strength all into one accessible App. I am a practicing nurse midwife and busy mom of two - Boopbod offers 6 minute centering breath work options and hour long intensive workouts that fit easily into my life.
