Finicky App
I have been a customer since 2022, love the coffee and customer service. However, this app is very inconsistent. When able to login it works great however there are many times where it does not allow me to login and when I go to submit for forgot password, it says that an account does not exist however, if I login on the computer or web browser there is no issue. other than that no complaints.

Loyalty vs Web rewards
Please bring back the viewing of customer’s loyalty card so that we know what we can get for our rewards when physically at the coffee shop.
Why is the web’s Coffee Golden Bean rewards extremely different Anna but syncing with the loyalty card? Sometimes you bill me for the beans but didn’t ship it out. I then have no choice but to physically go there and purchase another bag to get me through the week.
Please fix and address this situation.

Had trouble entering a credit card update on my app.. the nice kid behind the counter figured it out. You have to force the issue by ordering an order and then it willl prompt you to enter in a new updated credit source.. now I’m sorry I took the time to enter this pleasantry as it’s prompting me to choose a nickname and they are all taken .. I’ll try F@!

Best coffee in Monmouth County
Friendly neighborhood cafe where you always get a warm greeting, whether during the darkest days of Covid or in the middle of a snowstorm. Wonderful range of coffees prepared by skilled baristas. Broad array of home baked pastries and light snacks. Pet friendly and room to sit inside or on comfortable Adirondack chairs outside.

Clunky app. Should also give you an estimated preparation time. You order and show up to find out a cup of coffee takes 30 minutes.
Great coffee, app a bit buggy
The selecting a time for pick-up function is broken. Won’t let you select any time other than “ASAP”, but when you order it tells you your order won’t be ready by that time.
Like it but....
Every time I try to sign in it tells me the number is being used. So I can’t order. I had about $56 worth of stuff if my cart and it forced me out and deleted everything. I tried both my emails and each time it said the same thing. Each time I tried this I had to delete and redownload the app and try to use a different email because it doesn’t allow you to sign out. There needs to be a way for me to find out what email is tied to my cell phone.
