We’ve made the app more reliable, easier to get support from, and ready for upcoming improvements across your Boost360 experience. • One-tap caller ID contact saving Customer caller ID numbers are now automatically saved to your phone as "Lead via NowFloats", helping you quickly identify genuine customer calls and avoid missing them, thinking they are spam. • .IN Domain KYC Verification If you have selected or use a .IN or .CO.IN domain, you can now initiate the NIXI-mandated KYC verification directly from the app. It takes about 2 minutes. How to access it: Home → More → Current Plan → Tap your domain card You’ll also be able to track your verification status from there. • Ever accessible Customer Care, right from Home Need help? Start a live chat with Customer Care directly from the app home screen. You can also access Ria and other support options, including your Account Manager, all from the floating ria chat widget. If your chat remains unresolved, it will automatically be converted into a support ticket so our team can follow up. • Improvements to your website experience We’ve made updates to support improvements in how Boost360 websites are built and delivered. This lays the groundwork for a faster, smoother website experience as these improvements become available to more customers.
