Only Photos?!
I’m not sure if it’s only intended to sort photos and contacts - even contacts I’m not sure it actually did much good. I thought it’d go through my over loaded emails but I didn’t see an option for it or any message apps.

Beware of scam
My elderly mother was a victim of predatory apps. She lost thousands of dollars to this and similar apps — and all of her photos. Even after her photos and files were lost, she still received messages for “cleaning” apps. The names and icons are so similar that she didn’t realize she had signed up for so many subscriptions. She had no content to manage, but they kept charging her. She lost thousands of dollars— these apps are a scam.
