He finds all my double contacts and double photos and double this and double that but then it doesn’t do anything to clean it up

I have had this app two or three times now, and every time I try to use it, it makes me go through the intro, and after three pages, it kicks me out every single freaking time. I have been trying to get the new ipad update, so I try to use this app, but it has never worked for me.😢
