Log in won’t work

App doesn't load for sign in
I've recently changed to a new iphone and when I tried to sign in on the app it just goes blank and can't load the sign in page, not sure if this can be resolved? Otherwise I am not able to accumulate points without the app
I have never downloaded an app to review it within 5 mins
Wow. I feel human again. I feel like a human in a trade deal; Not a thing obtaining another thing by giving a thing.
The app actually works (unlike every other fast food app {cough cough maccas, subway, HJ} which feels laggier than using dialup on a 30 year old computer) and it’s actually nice to use.
It doesn’t take itself so seriously, asks for consent for mango magic pics, and honestly puts a smile on my face when all I am doing is trading my money for a drink, I’m glad they make it feel more than that, and it’s not some corporate money hungry app.
Thanks for making my day, I wasn’t having a good one but now I am for something as simple as downloading and using this app for 5 mins. I still need to order my Caribbean Green so I’ll leave it here.

It would be really good if there was the ability to favourite a “build your own juice” I have to go into my past orders, memorise what I previously had and then go back to to put all the correct ingredients in my juice

Good app. Issue with logging in. Login page is white on iPhone 17pro. Unable to log back into my account.
App is buggy and fustrating to use
Over the years the app has been really handy and easy to use. Honestly a pretty good user experience.
However, in the past couple of months, the app constantly buffers and loads. It’s the same case even if I quit and enter the app again.
The only ”fix” is to delete and download the app again.

Won’t let me sign in
It won’t let me sign in on a new phone and the staff are not helpful in the slightest
Terrible App that is clearly not maintained
Despite several support requests over several years, this app does not allow preordering if you’re trying to add an extra ingredient to your order. “Ingredient does not exist” error displayed despite the store confirming the ingredient does exist and they have no control over that message. Seems to occur for whey protein specifically. Reliable error across several devices for several years. Hopefully they respond

App not working
First time ever writing a review, this is terrible. I’ve tried changing my password and when I verify my account with the code they sent me on my email it says it’s the wrong code, tired this 3 times and then decided I’ll just make another account. When I tried making a new account it says my email is already being used but I used a completely new email from my last account. Honestly given up at this point

Inability to sign in
For some reason since the beginning of 2026, I have been unable to sign in to see the amount of points I have for my Boost account. Please fix this up.
Vibe card/points
I love this app so far and with the vibe card, I usually scan it and order at the screen myself. Today I was at Marion (ground) and it wouldn’t let me scan but I didn’t bother asking someone so I was like whatever I’ll just use my phone, but before I had 3 points and I still have 3 points like shouldn’t it be 4 points after using the app to literally buy my drink?
Other than that, the app is pretty good and I like how I can get $1 off from answering a question lol

Hard to sign up and can’t order kids drinks
Can’t order junior sizes for some reason on app
Forced to use
No option to order online even as a guest, gave my details over but put my user name as Boost and guess how many spam emails I’ve gotten addressed to someone called Boost. If you’re going to force people to download an app so they don’t have to stand at your store for 10mins waiting then you could at least not sell my data when I’ve opted out. Can’t wait to have my card details leaked

You still have the app listed as supporting Apple Wallet for your loyalty card. This is incorrect as you removed this useful functionality some time ago.
