I downloaded the app a few days ago, and the process to get the cash was quick; the verification was secure, and it explains exactly what to do step-by-step. I also liked that you can make adjustments based on your next paycheck, and there is no fee for transferring the money if you get the monthly membership, which covers all the services they offer. This is my honest review of Boost Money, and I hope they keep helping more people.

STUPID APP
i got a couple cash advances, and then wasn’t able to pay my last one 100% on time but i just repaid it and then it said i was still available for $200 cash boost. i go to click on it and just sits there and loads and then redirects me back to the same screen over and over again. i realized i needed to resume my membership, so i did, and it was still doing the same thing. i reconnected my bank account and now it’s saying I DONT QUALIFY because i “don’t have enough consistent direct deposits” even though i get them to the same bank account every 2 weeks 💀 so now i can’t even refund my subscription payment i just made. this app is stupid as hell.

Completely useless
After providing ALL of my personal information, I am informed that my last direct deposit “was not recent enough.” I eas testing the app - my most recent direct deposit was literally TWO DAYS AGO. Makes me feel like the app is a complete scam.

Worst customer service ever
You expect you customers to keep a word doc and copy and paste prior chats to have access to them. Your self service confirms that auto pay can be cancelled in writing and then your agents say that is not possible. You have no options to change repayment dates and you excessively try to debit people’s accounts multiple times a day (5 times a day today) for repayment. Why do you excessively debit people’s accounts make them upset and have no options to assist. What a sham and a horrible app.
