The app won’t work 😡

I bought the AImubot version of the product. (Just vernie) I don’t understand why it won’t work if it’s the same product but different brands. I’m disappointed that the LEGO boost app won’t work because I think it’s a cute kid friendly app but developers please adjust this so other people can connect their OKK-( wich is the brand I got Vernie from) products! I think the app is 3 stars because if it were to work, it’s a handy app. Please fix this issue and thank you thank you thank you soooo much if you do!😊

The app worked initially, but now won’t connect and flashes a purple light instead. Tech support not very strong for this app!
