Sort it out Boots..
All boots apps are the worst. Doesn’t load more than 5 pictures, sometimes doesn’t load a single one. Such a big company and can’t get their apps functioning. Wifi in the shop is always rubbish, sort it out…

First time I’ve tried this and was easy to do… just have to see the results now.
Not the most straightforward site to navigate
It took me over 2hours to navigate the processes (including trying to translate from German! ) however once on the site it was ok. The functionality is perhaps better on a laptop !
Badly designed
The menu sequences are confusing and it seems impossible to upload any new photos directly from my phone after the initial selection. I gave up after trying for over 5 minutes and deleted the app. It shouldn’t be that complicated.

Constantly crashing. Very frustrating!
Hours of work lost
App became unresponsive when mid project I tried to add new pages to my photo book.

Have to login every time. The support number puts you through to some guy in a shed
Not too bad but could be better
Photo upload process is a bit annoying because it takes you back to the bottom of your camera roll each time but otherwise works fine.
Clunky app
I had real difficulties creating an account and almost gave up because the register form is too large for the screen - you can’t press the register button. Not suitable for a mobile phone.

It’s such a great way to keep your photos. It’s quick easy and simple

Frustrating
I had to create my project 3 times?! After adding my photos in the desired order, the app decided to rearrange them and there was no easy way of reordering them. When I came to place my order, I had to create an account on someone else’s phone as I couldn’t select the ‘Register’ button. After all this time and effort, I hope the end product is worth it.

It’s ok but apps that make me fill out forms with ALL my details and offer clunky payment experiences rather than just clicking Apple Pay or similar feel very outdated - surely the sign up and payment process needs to be really easy for an app like this??
Awful app
After not being able to create the photo on the laptop, I downloaded the app which was ridiculous to use. I couldn’t see the text I was typing and too difficult to edit.
Refund
I bought a 50ml bottle of perfume in error as wanted the 100ml as it was on offer , bought the bigger bottle and returned the 50mls to store , but despite visiting the store and ringing and emailing several times in the last month still not been refunded . It’s out me off buying from boots in the future

Quick and easy to use
I have been using this service to download my photos for some time now. I find it easy to use and very reasonable in price.
Tenor.SaxApp doesn’t work
The app simply doesn’t open on my IPhone 13 Pro Max. I tried 4 times and does nothing.
