About
boots2base helps retail, CPG and field teams capture what is really happening in store and turn it into useful intelligence for HQ.
Field teams see problems and opportunities first: competitor activity, pricing issues, stock gaps, display changes, customer feedback, store execution problems and local market signals. Too often, those insights stay buried in WhatsApp messages, spreadsheets, photos, voice notes or informal updates.
boots2base gives teams a simple way to capture field observations in the moment and helps managers understand what matters.
With boots2base, teams can:
• Capture notes, photos and voice observations from the field
• Share store and customer updates with HQ
• Track competitor, pricing, product and display signals
• Turn informal updates into structured commercial intelligence
• Surface important patterns across teams, stores and regions
• Help managers spot risks, opportunities and emerging trends faster
• Keep frontline knowledge connected to business decisions
• Provide the missing context layer over the quantitive data that misses the why
boots2base is designed for teams working across retail execution, merchandising, sales, category management, product management and commercial leadership.
The app is lightweight for field users and powerful for managers. Field teams can quickly submit observations while they are on the move. HQ teams can review, search and act on the intelligence captured from the frontline.
boots2base helps organisations close the gap between what the field knows and what the business acts on.

August 4, 2026
boots2base now works properly offline. The app opens instantly with no signal, photos are saved the moment you take them (and recovered if the app is killed mid-capture), and notes, photos and voice memos queue and sync automatically when coverage returns. Saved data lasts a full week offline. Plus: director messages now land in the right team's chat, and Android password managers can fill your sign-in.
