Crashes
Any attempt to open my notes crashes the app
Can’t view notes :(
Works for pushing docs to my Boox Note Air 5 C. But when I try to view my one of my synced notes on iPhone and iPad, the app crashes every time . As this app has not been updated in a long time, I’ll assume the devs don’t care.
Not very usable
I own a box ultra c, a 7 inch, a note 5 c I would think I’ve invested enough to expect a decent iPhone app to add stuff to my boox devices. Half the time when I open a note it spins then crashes. The app stinks.
Solid
The UI is a little funny but it works well enough for my Note 4C. I don’t get the hate.
Missing read-in app option
I guess it does what it describes, but the lack of in-app reading option leaves much to be desired in terms of the overall ecosystem experience.

Onyx' updates to this app are few and far between. I was hoping this latest update would at least address the constant crashes when opening notebooks, but alas the problem still remains.

Garbage
Crashes when opening infinite note. Fix this app or delete it. Stop selling people on its functionality in your marketing if you don’t bother making it work. You could learn a lot from Remarkable or Supernote.
Almost completely useless
By almost I mean 99% useless. And that’s when it doesn’t crash. Who wrote this?
關於照片上傳的問題
一次只可以上傳一張照片有點麻煩，有大量照片要上傳的時候很不方便
Basic features are not available or not working.
- The main feature to transfer files from and to iphone is not working properly! Whether using boox drop or push files.
They are all buggy and I couldn’t depend on them.
- You cannot continue reading your synced books from the application!!!!!
OR at least to take a copy of the books synced!!!!
So i wonder, what is the benefit of boox cloud then?!!
(Only you can access your written notes but not your synced books )
I hope those issues can get resolved soon.

Pas abouti et instable
J’ai une Boox Note Air 4C dont je suis très satisfait. Les mises à jour sont régulières et apportent toujours plus de fonctionnalités (dont la dernière : notes infinies, que j’utilise beaucoup). En revanche, l’appli iOS est très en retrait au niveau qualité. Tout d’abord elle est instable et plante régulièrement à l’ouverture de notes. Ensuite, elle gère mal les canevas de taille non standard (pourtant prévus dans l’appli de notes native de la tablette), par exemple lorsqu’on élargit verticalement le canevas d’une note manuscrite pour avoir un peu plus de place : la partie qui dépasse du canevas standard 1x1 est coupée à l’affichage sur iOS. Enfin, le nouveau format notes infinies fait régulièrement planter l’appli en ouvrant une note un peu « complexe » (mais pas énorme : équivalent de 3 pages en vertical). Allez Boox, un effort pour mettre à jour les applis de synchronisation sur les systèmes tiers, on ne demande pas plus qu’une vraie visualisation sans défaut.

Seamless integration??
Had the Air 4C for a short time. Like the device itself but the iOS app is substandard because on opening the notes the app just shuts down. Disappointing for such an expensive device that it’s not supported better and the app developers response was that the app is old. It would be good customer service to upgrade and release a version of the app that is stable.

It works…
but that’s all it does. It’s clearly not been updated for iPhones with the Dynamic Island and/or newer screen sizes introduced since the app was developed. That makes the app somewhat difficult to use—buttons get obscured, elements overlap—and that should be the first thing to get fixed.
Next, having highly-proficient English speakers either on staff or on contract to help with the wording would help with some of the confusion in the app. It’s very possible some of the negative reviews are simply from people who don’t understand some of the word choices throughout the interface. Refining the English will give the app more polish.
Lastly, the app isn’t linked from the Boox website (which also needs some polish on the language). I knew it existed and went to the site to read up on it when I received my Palma 2… and there was nothing. It should not only linked from the site but cheered loudly as a great way for iOS users to decrease interaction with their phone.
Regardless, it works (as long as you can puzzle-out various bits and pieces). It might simply be best at creating an account and then serving as a way to log in quickly on a new Boox device, but it works.

网页不给登陆非得下载。下载之后pdf也打不开，也下载不了，我用它告诉我看了多长时间的书？互传依旧用不了，不是网络问题就是不存在，要这玩意有什么用？文石的产品就是个垃圾

Works badly, not all the notes are available on my phone. It is important issue.

Non funziona
È un’app di per se progettata benino, almeno cosi sembra, però purtroppo si impalla praticamente ogni volta che si vuole aprire un File che è sul tablet e fa fatica a sincronizzarsi. Però la funzione Push funziona e per mandare i documenti dal tablet al telefono ci sono altre modalità che non includono l’utilizzo dell’app. (Consiglio la generazione di un qr code)
