Hi there thanks for the feedback, thats very motivating especially your last sentence! Try the new version (2.2) again, it should run way smoother and stable now and I added more information if something is going the wrong way. If you still find some bugs, any information about how or where it happened is super helpful for me to find and fix it quickly. Again thanks for the support :)

Hi there, thanks for letting me know and the kind words in-between! That does sound really annoying though, but I hope I have implemented a fix. I completely reworked the Music Player logic, so the songs should be loading correctly now (plus the dismiss-button is enabled now should this happen again). If it doesn't work please let me know! Hi FormalCat, sorry for the bad experience with my app! It looks like the issue came from a bug when playing songs from your library that aren’t shared on Apple Music. I have reworked the library playlist logic and now they should be showing and playing correctly. Please give it a try, the update is live already :) Again, sorry for the inconvenience! Wenn du noch interessiert bist, schreib mir gerne deinen Usernamen hier, per Support-Mail oder in der App als Feedback damit ich dir helfen und die Tickets ersetzen kann. Grundsätzlich kann ich das auch immer empfehlen, denn Bugs kommen leider vor. Die meisten Entwickler, besonders von Indie-Apps, sind froh auf Fehler hingewiesen zu werden und meist sehr bemüht den Usern ein angenehmes Erlebnis zu bieten :) LG Malte

Music doesn't play
This has happened every time and every time it wastes my tickets.

Hi Kai, thanks for letting me know! This bug has not been reported until now, and I don't have a clue as to why this is happening yet, but I will look into it right away. If you could tell me some things here as a review edit, via mail (malte@bopquiz.app) or as feedback inside the app, I can narrow down the problem a bit. 1. It happened from the start, you could never even play a game? 2. Do the possible answers show up or is the just the vinyl LP or a loading indicator on top, but nothing happens all? 3. If you open the control center from the top, is there a song from the quiz or one from your last music session inside the main Apple Music app? Any help is appreciated! :) Sorry for this annoying bug, I hope I can fix it asap!
Great, but not quite perfected yet
EDIT: I looked further into the app, and it looks like there’s currently a 100 song cap for playlists, and all of my playlists are above that, so I guess the app just didn’t load those songs. Still, to have a larger song amount limit would be nice in the future.

Fantastic game!
This is by far the best guess the song game ever! Everything is amazing! Recently I’ve ran into an issue, it says “not your username” where my original username was and I’ve lost all my tickets. I’ve deleted the game for a few months and got it back today still says the same thing. Please fix this for me, I absolutely love this app and I would love to keep playing.

Update 5/15/24: We could fix the issue by creating a new account. If anyone has a similar issue, please reach out. And thanks a ton for your patience :) Update 5/3/24: I’m so sorry it’s still there! Another User had this problem too and could get to a solution by deleting their account in the settings of the app (please make sure you close the app via swipe up beforehand). After that you can make a new account. Please try and let me know your new username via the in-app feedback section or via mail to (Malte.schoppe@icloud.com) if it works so I can set you up with a full pass. If it doesn’t work there is maybe another solution, let me know via one of those contact channels. Again I‘m sorry! Hey, danke für dein Feedback und sorry für das Problem! In den meisten Fällen ist ein aus- und wieder einloggen in den Settings in der App (per Zahnrad-Icon aufrufen) ausreichend um den Fehler zu beheben. Falls das nicht der Fall ist, schreib gerne der Support-Mail oder in der App eine Feedback Nachricht mit deinem Usernamen, damit ich mir das ganze anschauen kann. Tut mir Leid für die Umstände, das Problem ist mir bekannt, aber leider habe ich es nur reduzieren aber nicht beheben können. Danke für den Support auch per Kauf, weiß ich zu schätzen :)
