Boptonic turns your phone into a sound sampler and beat sequencer. Record anything you hear, shape the sounds, and build a loop in minutes. Export WAV, stems, M4A, Midi, compatible with Suno, Logic Pro, Ableton, FL Studio, Pro Tools, GarageBand, or wherever you work. Record Tap to start recording. Long press or toggle record on and off with a tap. Capture takes seconds to initiate. Recording does not require a project, record first, then assign to your active project or a new project. Reach the record screen instantly using the lock screen widget and start recording from a locked phone. Or say "record in Boptonic" to Siri and the record screen open and triggers recording hands-free. On iPhone 15 Pro or later, you can set the Action Button to go straight to record. Sound library The Sound Library is where you gather sounds for your beats.　Bundled sounds you can preview and add, also save favorite sounds to reuse across projects, or import sounds from Files or by opening audio from another app via Share. Shape Each sound has its own pitch, reverb, delay, EQ, trim, gate, dynamics, and drive controls. Duplicate a sound to create a separate processed version of the same recording. Changes are non-destructive, so the original stays intact. Sequence Place sounds on a step grid. Transient detection and one-tap gets each sound on the beat without manual adjustment. Adjust tempo, volume, and panning per lane. A 6-sound, 8-bar loop takes a couple of minutes from capture to playback.
