Not worth the download
Very little information. I was Continuously interrupted by the app asking me if I wanted to upgrade. It happened multiple times and made reading extremely frustrating. The content was very light.
Poorly described
There are no maps unless you purchase the upgrade, information available without the upgrade is easily read elsewhere. Not going to pay for the upgrade as the basic app seems useless.

Hidden costs; bad maps
I can forgive the small hidden cost (2.99 for a map). But the map is no good: only zooms in close enough to see a few main streets.
