Rarely works
When this app works, it’s great. But this app rarely works. 90% of the time there is an error, or a glitch, or it logs me out saying my password is wrong. Then when I try to change it, it tells me I cannot use previous passwords, meaning that it wasn’t wrong. This app is extremely infuriating.
Unfriendly
This app is super unfriendly. Will not save your password or recognize Face ID. Also will reset your account to a point where you are forced to call in and reset it. Incredibly annoying.
The amazing crashing app
Local bank and people are great, the app is terrible. It’s always crashing, especially on the weekends
Bad app
The app is terrible, constantly crashes, and makes you sign in every single time. Face ID doesn’t work right, and will lock you out without any other way to unlock it, besides calling in during business hours.

Not great
App often times won’t let me log in and I always seem to have issues.
App is slow and glitchy
I almost always get a “we cannot verify your credentials at this time” message when I am trying to log into the app.
Unhappy app user
There has been many times this app has not worked. I now have to drive to the bank to deposit most checks. I have to re-download every other day so i can open the app. We are now considering moving to a different bank. I have also expressed this concern to multiple people at the bank and nobody seems to care.

super satisfied with the service. employees on physical bank are always happy and smiling. they are very accommodating too..
Bad Everything
Worst app. Always going down and when you call the bank they transfer you a few times trying to find someone to help you but nobody has a clue how to log in. This has happened 3 times now and the staff at the bank are clueless on what the issues are, they tell you just to wait it out. So frustrating!
