Appointment
I recently had a very disappointing experience with [Doctor’s Ariel Lopez] and their office at 5040 Nw 7st Miami , Fl 33126. After my initial appointment was canceled, I was rescheduled for another day. When I arrived for the new appointment, I ended up waiting for over two hours to see the doctor.
The wait time was incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Despite having a scheduled appointment, it felt like my time was not valued at all. There was no communication or update from the staff about the delay, which made the situation even worse.
I understand that emergencies and delays can happen, but this level of wait time is unacceptable. I hope the office takes this feedback seriously and makes efforts to improve their scheduling and communication practices. As a patient, I expect timely and efficient care, and this experience fell far short of that.
