Was working great
Great app !! But all of a sudden I can’t renew a book and now can’t sign in despite email address being recognised and attempting to renew password I’m now locked out of my account and library card
Excellent resource but a few tweaks needed
I love the app and having access to digital and audiobooks. Improving the ability to search only for available audiobooks would be handy. There is a feature to allow this but it does not allow searching by genre and can be tedious. Also not entirely sure why the wait for some books are so very long? Either way, I am most grateful for this lovely resource and easy access to library books, especially audiobooks.

Im so thrilled i was recommended borrow box. It’s fantastic! i use it for audiobooks primarily and I’ve found there to be a good selection. Very happy and best of all its free!!

Unable to get daily telegraph UK or even the weekend magazine for Saturday daily mail UK
Doesn’t support multiple libraries
I love the app and the different reader customisation settings. However, I am a member of 2 libraries but there’s no option for me to add a second library like Libby (both of the libraries split their catalogue over Libby and BorrowBox so I can’t just use that). I hope this functionality will be added in the future 🤞

Free and fun
Always try Borrow Box. Before Audible. Both great but one is free.
Basically good
There are issues with CarPlay integration that make this mostly well thought out app weaker than audible. The skip back cannot be customised to 30 seconds but goes to the start of chapters often. This is vey annoying. Other than that it is great.
Great app, one huge annoyance
Whilst I do love this app, I think it’s a great way to access library material, I really hate that I can’t scroll to read. The format of having to click to turn a page I find very frustrating. A lot of the time I get to read is when lying next to my baby which usually means one arm is trapped and so scrolling to read one continuous feed is far easier. you should be able to choose your preference of layout. I would use the app much more if this was an option, instead I often get frustrated with borrow box and go back to iBooks which has that feature.

STILL NO AirPlay!!!
The app itself works fine, but I’ve come to the AppStore just to leave this review in the desperate hope it will help convince the powers that be that airplay functionality for this app is thoroughly overdue. Every other reading and audiobook app has one — Libby, Cloudlibrary, Audible, you name it. As an avid listener to books when I drive, the lack of an airplay button for BorrowBox means I actively avoid using the app where I can. Please, please, finally sort this out.

Borrowing
This app is brilliant and so convenient. My wife uses a kindle and is always getting confused. I try to convince her that Borrow book is so much easier to use and supports our local libraries. Well done👏👏👏.

Very good app but not as good as Libby. Always have to re-open the app if you pause and look at another app and need the speed option not to go direct from 1.0-1.25, need something on between those speeds
