Totally useless

Totally useless. Full of bugs to the point where it doesn’t work for the simple said purpose: to register for warranty. I wrote to seek help for the above some three months back and received no reply. A complete waste of time. (Update: the developer replied almost immediately to this negative review, asking me to get in touch. I did. 6 months ago, on the web/app form you guys made for that purpose. I’ve had no response, so this too-little-too-late reply looks like a simple case of damage control to me. Nobody likes bad publicity. Some of us earn it more than others).

Bosch India is a scam

I bought tools to claim promix points, after a year of calling customer care, they finally acted like they sent my claimed tool which never came. Calling customer care is no use, they say they will call back within 72 hours which never happened. They lost previous tickets after calling again. Such a waste of time and money!!

App just won’t Register even after reinstalling and trying everything

Shocking! I see the Review before me was 4 yrs ago and it has the same issue brought out. Has the company got got its past glory to ride on with impunity? Or are they also in the game of fooling? Or is it that couldn’t care less attitude? SHAME on this unprofessional set up fallen from its grace.
