Well packaged. Well made. Comes in 2 pieces which connect solidly and well. Also has adjustable 1m further extension (Solid). Flexible cutting head at several angles
Super fast warranty registration
The app asks you to photograph the rating plate and it quickly extracts the model and serial number required for the extended warranty. You only need the purchase receipt (photo or file upload). Very slick, fast and easy.
Direct access to Bosch tools and to register and extend the warranty
Can stall sometimes but overall the best way to search for Bosch updates and register the warranty to extend it to 3 years.

Plus points, easy assembly, quiet operation compared to previous other brands I’ve owned and great cutting power. Negative points, the grass box has no lip to catch the grass when going empty the grass box, the battery is fiddly when trying to connect to the mower and charger.
