Brilliant
I keep all my tools ( not just Bosch tools ) on the app. All serial numbers for the police and insurance. All receipts for accounts. So fast so easy. And I can order a repair free collection and free repair! Easy

What Happened!
The previous Bosch tool App was useful and allowed all my tools to be registered. With this new central login App it just repeats login after login.FIT FOR THE BIN! Ive lost all my tools data.
Issues
Camera does not zoom when taking a picture of the QR code some you almost always have to enter everything manually
Very disappointing
I downloaded this app to register some new products I bought and the product codes and serial numbers were not recognised. After wasting hours trying different things I have given it up as a bad job. Emailed Bosch to see if they can sort out the warranties but after the experience I have had so far I am not holding my breath. If it is impossible to register a product for a warranty then the warranty is useless. I will definitely think twice before buying another Bosch product.
I have now seen the response from Bosch which appears to try and pin the blame on my photography. The trouble is that when the photographs didn’t work I tried to enter the details manually and double checked them. They were still not recognised on the app and it took ages with many emails going back and forth to resolve this issue. A very tiresome and frustrating experience!

Useless app
Better but not great
It should have the ability to register and start a return for retuning your faulty tool, this still has to be done online
Gute Werkzeugverwaltung auch für der Privatnereich
Ich besitze mittlerweile recht viele Werkzeuge der blauen Serie und da Werkzeug auch gern mal ge-/verliehen wird, ist diese App auch für den Hausgebrauch gut geeignet. Was mir für den 5. Stern fehlt, ist die Möglichkeit die Bedienungsanleitung noch als PDF zu hinterlegen bzw. mehr als eine Datei (Rechnung) hochzuladen.

Gut - aber nicht praktisch
Die App läuft stabil. Das Registrieren der Geräte ist super einfach. In Kombination mit der Garantieverlängerung klasse! Um sich ein digitalen Überblick zu verschaffen ist die App gut. Hier zum Abzug: Alles oben beschrieben ist super! Aber das war’s. Mehr hat die App nicht (für Privatanwender). Was ich mir erhofft hatte: Zu jedem Geräte kann ich die Gebrauchsanweisung einsehen oder mir schnell ein Überblick über das Gerät verschaffen (i.E. Bohren in Holz, Metall. … nm, Drehzahl, hart/weich). Das wäre ein richtiger Mehrwert zum planen von Arbeiten.

Great app, but issue with adding asset
This is a great app and having being using since I started my Bosch collection.
The only issue is for some reason I can’t seem to add any more asset, have deleted app and reloaded but still same issue. Anyone else having same issue ?

Tolle App - einfache Bedienung!
Diese App ist sehr einfach in der Bedienung und man kann die Geräte problemlos scannen und damit erfassen!

Für mich perfekt
Ich bin ein Privatanwender mit einem Splien für Bosch Blau. Hab inzwischen in der alten und neuen App über 70 Inventarnummern an 2 Standorten. Ich weiß so immer wo ich was habe und wer eventuell was von mir bekommen hat. Für mich absolut perfekt. Zwischenzeitlich konnte ich mal Geräte nach Fehlern nicht löschen, inzwischen ist das Problem aber schon behoben worden. 👍

Gefällt mir, nur eine Kleinigkeit
Die App und die Garantieverlängerung gefällt mir sehr. Immer zu sehen an wen ich ein Gerät/Akku verliehen habe hilft sehr.
Leider schmiert die App immer komplett ab, wenn ich versuche beim einrichten eines Gerätes das ID-Lable zu scannen (auch beim Versuch nach der Einrichtung das ID-Lable hinzuzufügen). Ich verwende ein iPhone 15 Pro Max. Gibt es hier eine Einstellung/Möglichkeit diesen Bug zu fixen?

It’s a great application
Useless - crashes when scanning items
Just downloaded so I can register my new products, but every time you try to scan with the phone camera the app crashes. iPhone 15 Pro Max. Will be getting deleted
Also, as others have said, won’t allow you to register an account unless you put a number in your street address, which is useless if your house has a name! I had to put a 1 at the end of my house name to get past this stage
