Pretty sure an elementary kid could have programmed this app. It’s 2024 - this should be far more advanced than what it is.
Stop working
The app stopped working had security company out twice. Not having a working app to arm and disarm the system defeats the purpose of having one.
Disappointed
Doesn’t work at all. Spend a lot of money to up grade our security system. This app sinks!

A recommendation for the option to go back from the security status screen to view other properties on the account.
Currently we have 3 properties; when 1 is disarmed, we have to close out an reopen the app to access another property.

Very user friendly and let’s you bypass an opening if you need to arm the system remotely and you forgot a window was open.
Really useful to allow an appliance person in to repair an appliance and no one can be at the location.

Works well, simple but super reliable
I like that app, using with Bosch RPS and it’s a great solution.

Basically an on/off switch. Will not connect remotely to my alarm panel. I would not have purchased a BOSCH alarm if I knew the limited functionality of this app.
Stop working in version 3.0.1
I can’t connect to my system since upgrading to version 3.0.1. Please provide a fix!
RS Contol 3.0.1 Connection Failure
RS Contol 3.0.0 fails to connect to our Solution 3000 whereas RS Control 2.8.1 on our other device still functions correctly.

Absolutely pathetic that version 3 upgrade does not allow access to alarm panel. Lucky still have access to old version on ipad that allows access

Fail: Cannot connect to panel
The latest update, v3.0, is hanging and eventually fails to connect to the panel. Please re-release v2.81 until this is sorted with a new bugfix release.
Update broke the app!
The latest update broke access to my alarm panel. This still works from the old version on another phone.
Some regression testing is usually part of good software development. Does not seem to have been done in this case.

Update crashed my system
Couldn’t connect to the system after The new app update didn’t work and I had to have the alarm company come and reprogram it. I’m sending the bill to Bosch. Obviously zero testing went into this. Service guys said every customer has the same issue. Thanks Bosch!!!
Very basic app. Will not worknon your own Wi-Fi network.
Will not work on your Wi-Fi network. Only via 4g or lte network which means you have to keep fiddling with your cell network & Wi-Fi settings to set your alarm. Using the physical panel is not very convenient in a big house.

A primitive app, does not even provide notifications of alarm faults... come on Bosch, you can do better!

Sad that I upgraded my alarm system but the app isn’t helpful besides turning on my alarm.
