Loyalty programs are a hoax.
Was supposed to get a voucher with my last purchase. Appeared for about 5 minutes in my rewards then disappeared. Asked in store and they had NO IDEA what I was even talking about. Looked at me as if I had two heads. Contacted customer service and they made it so incredibly difficult that it just was not worth it. It was just all guessing from customer service. App also never registered burger count for 10th burger free either. Customer service didn’t even know the offer existed.
Offers that don’t work and a lot of people who know nothing. If you are going to offer loyalty programs, make sure they work before promoting them. Otherwise it’s nothing more than a frustrating scam. Fraud. False advertising.

Good but needs improvement
Love the app and the customer service from the stores is brilliant ,but I would like to suggest the following updates
1. Remember who I am - I have had to re-enter my personal details and payment details in the app every time I have used it. Customer details don’t usually change that often and to re-enter this informations is
2. Show my order history with the ability to single press “order again” on each line.
3. Refine the “extras menu” - the UI is a little clunky.

Love the app idea
Hey guys love the app idea but unfortunately we can’t use it until you include sauces as an additional extra to add to burgers, eg Tommy the chook… we like to add bbq sauce but can’t do it on the app so have to call through our order. Would be great if you can fix that up in future versions
