Log in problem
Recently my Bossier FCU app will not log me in successfully. It just spins and states something about network issues to retry again. It’s frustrating to have this occur.
Also it will not let me set my Face ID up, after it started having problems. It was working fine before the problem started.

Mobile Banking
The new mobile app is incredible!! Face recognition, quick balances, pending transactions, very easy to navigate. Just did my 1st mobile deposits, simple and easy. One less thing to do tomorrow!!

Months later I still cannot complete a mobile deposit. App crashes every time. It also will not let me sign in using biometric even after I selected it in my profile. Very frustrating!!! I’ve been using the app for years strictly for mobile deposits. Now it’s useless!!!!
Tried twice to complete mobile deposit. App crashed after taking a picture of the front of the check each time.

I’ve been with bossier federal since I was 15 it’s a family bank I love it there!! I was excited to have the app it was amazing until the app updated and now I can’t even review my account summary without it crashing every few seconds.

I don’t like how you have to keep typing in your password and username n then go through these password to get in n then it’s very confusing
Loved the old version better!
It is hard to work the new version. It’s too much going on. The account information is not inaccurate! Have to log in everytime and it don’t save your information. I just love the old version, this one is too complicated
Please stop with the updates
After updating my app it unlinked all of my accounts and I can’t do any transfers and deposits-I think the old version worked better -also didn’t see any thing new r better

This new app is not user friendly especially to see your account transaction history.
It was great... until it wasn’t
I’ve been with Bossier FCU my entire life, and my family banks with them. I’ve had the app for some years now. This recent update is difficult to navigate. And it says something that if a 22 year old can’t even navigate it. The balances are not up to date. There are no options to see your account activity without going all the way around the world, and even then, you won’t find what you were looking for. The old app worked. This does not. Ever hear of the phrase “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”? This app shouldn’t have been updated like this. I wouldn’t recommend it bottom line.

Good but
It has new look with new features, but it takes awhile approximately 30 seconds to login, if you close the app and go back again it rakes a while to be responsive again, I can’t find where to make face id active.

Best credit union ever!
I have been with Bossier Federal Credit union since I was 17, I’m 55 years old and I love my credit union and the staff at both Bossier locations.. one on Airline and the one on Barksdale blvd! Friendly staff and always there when you need them! Keep up the great job Bossier Federal!! I am 100% a loyal customer and a satisfied one to! :)
