Botched Upgrade Launch!
The APP upgrade locks you out. Once you click on it to upgrade you can no longer visit your website on the Red Sox. Can’t you fix it before the season ends?

What do users need to do to get MassLive to address the problem with their Apple app? The IT number on the website is a joke - it is a series of ads on MassLive’s phone tree that takes you down one rabbit hole after another - and then brings you back to where you started. I have emailed and called folks (leaving voicemails) - with no response or acknowledgement. I have deleted and reinstalled the app, which doesn’t fix anything. This is maddening. Is this how MassLive defines customer service?

Currently an endless loop. Open the app and it requires an update to function. But there’s no update, so you reopen the app and it brings you back to the App Store. Can this be fixed?

I am going to have to delete this app. When I open it, it says that there is an update available and asked me to tap the update button. Once I do that, the app opens again and just says open. It will not allow for an update of the latest version. So therefore, I’m not able to read any articles.
