This app shouldn’t be in the App Store. I started using it and immediately got an ad about being low on storage and fortunately I didn’t click on it to cause further damage.

Awful
Can’t do anything without an ad popping up and then can’t find X on many of those. It often never loads the actual next depart time and I’ve often found it to be completely inaccurate. So this is something that is really needed and could really help T riders but it is utterly useless. …oh and now when entering my review it took several try’s before it would accept my nickname —so again —frustrating

Hi, Advertising and subscriptions are needed to fund the development of the app. You should only get 1 full screen ad per sesiion using the app, and this should be closeable within 5-6 seconds. If you see any that aren't please screenshot them and send them to support@mapway.com and we can investigate it further. Our departure times come to us from dedicated feeds, so if you see anything wrong, again, let us know and we can contact the feed provider. Misleading
Although the app’s heading states this is the “official” MBTA app, there is no such thing. The MBTA website contains far more information and is as far easier to use. I paid the $14.95 fir the ad-free experience and feel ripped off. I deleted this app and just put a shortcut to the MBTA site on my home screen. The subway map is nice, but you can get it for free on the MBTA website.

Useless in current state
Right now, this application can show full screen ad (so you can’t use app) and show wrong or not full information about path from one station to other. If you will need something helpful, you should use some photo/graphic file with T map in your phone or paper map. Idea of this app is really good, but implementation is useless

The update messed everything up
I used to go by this app because the times were on time telling you when the trains were coming and such. And now there are no times for the upcoming trains.

This app is awful.
I did not find any of the features that were advertised available within the app. I needed to find the closest T stop to where I was going and it was impossible. I only had Commuter Rail options display and that was not what I needed.

I paid $5 for this “official” app and it told me to take the commuter rail to Lynn. The Lynn stop has been out of service for at least 6 months. Unusable.
