Useless
There have been times when the calendar function works, telling me which weeks are for yard waste. Most of the time, this function does not work, therefore this app is useless.

No calendar view???
The one thing I would want is missing. Only lists holidays not useful info like is this yard waste pick up week. Back to calendar on fridge🤬
Accurately tells me trash day
The app accurately tells me what day trash goes out. It’s effective to find out what holidays affect pick-up day.

Really useful, full of information
I found this app to be useful and full of information. I would rate it five stars but I had a bulk pickup needed. I tried to use the app and it would not accept the request once I finished inputting all info. I did it two more times, then finally called. Despite having the item listed on the app as something that could be scheduled there, it turns out you still need to call the City. It wasn’t really a problem - the call was not terribly long - but it should have been noted in the app. I think this could easily be integrated to the BOS:311 app.

Doesn’t work
When I open the app, it is not responsive. I only see the four options on the bottom panel, and the rest of the screen is white. Tapping the buttons on the bottom doesn’t do anything.

Found my answer
I was trying to find out how I could dispose of rotted lumber. I learned that various wood can be disposed in different ways but that rotted wood would have to be picked up by a commercial trash hauler and I would have to pay for it. Not an answer I liked, but an answer to my question! It was pretty easy to access from the drop-down menus on this app.
