Easy to use App. and vouchers are a bonus. Garden centre always sells good quality plants and staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
No points Ifu forget to show the Bosworths App
We have been several times to the garden centre and forgotten to show the Bosworths Loyalty app at the checkout in both the cafe and garden centre. This is probably because we have no card. The App is on my mobile Phone and I am disabled so usually don’t get to go to the checkout myself. Once we spent in excess of £100; this has happened several times.
It should be possible to input the receipt details I.e the No at the bottom of the receipt in order to add to our Purchase History so we don’t miss out on points. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a way to do this.
We love coming to the garden centre even though it is a long way from where we live. However I am afraid to use the toilet facilities because they are unsafe. I was told that they don’t actually belong to Bosworths at Elton, but since emailing about the disabled toilet, I have heard nothing more.

Great Visit
I visited on Saturday and had a hot cup of Earl Grey tea in the sun out on the terrace. The staff were great and very friendly. I think they were called Aston and Tracey. Jasmine was being trained on the shop till and did a great job. Well done all!
Great customer service
Visited both Burton Latimer and Elton in the same week and have to say the helpfulness from the two members of staff who offered assistance was second to none.
Searching for 3 matching large pots, finding some which had only just been delivered and still on the pallet & advising re the best plants/sizes/potting medium.

Another year of Xmas disappointment
A long standing customer of 20 years whose only mistake was not to take my paper loyalty card every time missed out on the 50 prevent voucher at Xmas. Used to delivered in post as Barton Seagrave resident, oh how times change. Guess with the relocation of Bosworths away from Barton this would have been the last gesture from this famous old site we love so much!

We have been coming to Bosworths for many yrs and didn’t know about the loyalty scheme.
I have just joined today 7th July and kept my receipts from 3 days ago 4thJuly.
However there is no way to input the purchase info. I was told to keep my receipts presumably so I could do this.

Campaign conversion
What is this? Just set up my card and it shows I have points then they are deducted as campaign conversion. Nowhere on the website to explain what this is.

We took my baby Grandson to see Father Christmas, he’s 14 months , he was in awe of the surroundings, Father Christmas and elves were loverly , patient and kind , the grotto was well thought out. Thank you x

Love coming over to your garden centre such a lovely variety and didn’t get his name but one of your chaps found me a plant I was looking for even tho it wasn’t called what I thought it was but he found it .. and looking forward to your best Christmas displays ever .. and love the cafe as well …

Purchased some lovely plants
Visit today was our second since moving to the area and again what lovely choice of plants there was again. Really lovely collection we came home with! Thank you. Next time we’ll stop at the cafe :)

Today I visited Bosworth’s, my daughter and I visited the cafe for the first time, and may I say the last time!
It took ages to take our order, there were quite a few empty tables, I asked the waitress if there were any sultanas or raisins in the carrot cake, she went off to find out , came back and confirmed there was, so I said ok I’ll have apple pie, she asked if I wanted cream, yes please. The pie and pot of tea and cream arrived, there was no milk for my tea, I had to go and get it, I had a fork to eat a pudding with cream so I had to use my teaspoon, there was also no napkin! Can you believe it the pie had sultanas in, she could have told me , so I had to pick them out.
When I arrived I said I had the birthday voucher of tea & cake for 2 free, the waitress said it’s only for week days, fine my mistake for not reading the small print.
But what an unpleasant experience, never again and would never recommend.

Fab food & staff
Thank you to all the staff for all your hard work serving us customers with lovely freshly cooked yummy food ! I am bringing another friend on Friday 2nd Sept to enjoy a chilled few hours and some food hopefully you have received my booking via email. Much appreciated ! Kind regards Caroline F

Never works in shop
Never can get app to work in shop and tried again last week and now money voucher gone and no longer valid! I give up
Elton garden centre
We visit the Elton garden centre at least twice a week. We enjoy the food, staff and excellent value in the Mulberry Restaurant.
