The app forced me to give my location and the audio is really bad!

Hello, I am a visually impaired video creator! I love to create video and blogs! I was really hoping to use this app to record videos and vlogs, but it literally made me give my location it made me go into my settings and allow it my location! And also I have to use voiceover because I’m visually impaired, which is a kind of text to speech. And I can even use it with this app because it literally messes up the audio, and please fix your audio quality, also I would love to know how to change the frame rate of the videos.
