Never worked properly on iPhone

It really never worked on my iPhone. And now it doesn’t work on chrome either. So I’m not sure what the point is to have this app anymore.

Help! Not working, keep getting demands from Twitter that I use the Twitter app instead of BotSight, which I prefer, they have blocked the account. help!
