We purchased on Napoleon and a raspberry chocolate pastry on October 19. I see that the order completed, the order is given a receipt code. I’m charged $32.85 then when I get to the store, they say the order doesn’t exist. Even the store manager tells me that because they don’t have any record even while I’m showing them te proof on the app, they won’t give me the pastries I ordered. I end up buying the pastries again. This app basically stole my money and Bottega Louie let me down on how they managed this situation.
