Not reliable at all

Windows take forever to load, forces you to go back to a void screen, doesn’t always load, loses your cart items, etc. Use the bk.com instead…

Too hard to use app

This app is very annoying. It makes you go back too many times. It is not clear how to finish order (time of delivery) I always dread ordering wine but it’s the only way to have it delivered. Can’t do it on the phone.

Pointless app

I haven’t a clue what the purpose of this app is. There’s virtually no product listing, no shopping capability. I go to Bottle King all the time but I’m deleting this app.

Still useless. Crashes every time I do a search. Deleted again.

Does not work!

As the other reviewers have stated, this app does nothing. And no you do not get the app prices unless you complain, then the store manager tries to get the correct prices to ring up. Twice he said the heck with this and just did an override.

Garbage app

Not even sure what it’s supposed to be used for. Apparently they don’t use cards anymore. I’ve had 1 since 1994. Never shows my name or card #. Don’t know if I get any “loyalties”. I think everyone gets the club price. Stupid.
The stores are great though!

Complete garbage. Utterly useless.

I don’t even know where to begin... ordering kicks you to safari to Bottle King’s website. Flyer says “wine of the month” then is completely blank. App Prices list categories then when a category is selected... blank. What’s the point?!

Download in Dec & get the June flyer

Like many other reviewers stated, it’s hard to see the value with this app. I selected the ‘Flyer’ link and saw the heading for June Flyer, but nothing loaded. No loss, I guess, sine June was 6 months ago.

I’ll keep this for a bit to see if it’s good for something I usually buy, but it seems like a complete bust.

Terrible non performing app

Just about everything is wrong with this app. It does not work seamlessly through a transaction. I was unable to complete a purchase and had to keep starting from scratch . Has to be one of the worst apps ever. Impossible to complete a transaction for a pick up or delivery.

Why in the world is the font color WHITE on a WHITE background?! I don’t even know what my DOB is in this app because I had to just randomly scroll far enough for it to register over 21 ...

Don’t Bother

This will be the most worthless app you’ll ever download. Great store HORRIBLE app. Before you download this app, take a nap instead. Your time would be better spent that way.

Works fine

I’m not sure if they updated it recently but it took me 30 seconds to register and confirm via email. It was in my junk/promotion inbox but I did get the email. I was able to use it in the store no problem.

Could be good

This app would be great, if it would finish the registration. No matter how many times I have tried, it will not send me the e-mail for verification. My e-mail is correct, but still nothing. I’d rather go back to the cards at this point. They were nice enough to try and help in the store, but still didn’t work.
